基于CiteSpace的火龙罐研究热点可视化分析

摘要: 目的：探讨近年来火龙罐应用于临床的研究现状和研究热点，为后期开展中医外治法护理提供新的方向和思路。方法：收集中国知网、万方、维普和中国生物医学库的中文文献2013~2023年间火龙罐相关的研究数据，应用科学计量学工具(CiteSpace V.6.2软件)对作者、机构及关键词进行可视化分析，统计频次、知识图谱及中介中心性。结果：本研究纳入了符合要求的论文共300篇，年发文量呈先平稳后逐年快速上升的趋势。发文量最多的机构是东莞市中医院，发表论文7篇。对169个关键词进行聚类，形成了13个关键词的聚类标签；并根据关键词筛选出火龙罐护理的优势病种为疼痛、面瘫和脑卒中。结论：该研究总体数量偏少，还需加强机构和作者之间的合作，联合其他中医理疗操作技术，进一步探究火龙罐的疗效机制，探索更多运用领域。目前研究仍缺乏核心作者和机构，合作网络较为松散，未来需要加强多中心合作和研究规范性。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the current status and research hotspots of the clinical application of Huolong (Fire Dragon) cupping in recent years, providing new directions and ideas for the development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) external therapy nursing in the future. Methods: Research data from Chinese literature between 2013 and 2023 were collected from databases including China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang, VIP, and the Chinese Medical Literature Database. Bibliometric tools (CiteSpace V.6.2 software) were applied to conduct a visual analysis of all related research on Huolong (Fire Dragon) cupping, including authors, institutions, and keywords, with statistics on frequency, betweenness centrality, and knowledge mapping. Results: This study encompassed a total of 300 papers that fulfilled the specified criteria. The volume of annual publications began with a period of stability, followed by a progressive and rapid increase in subsequent years. The institution with the highest publication volume was Dongguan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, with 7 publications. Clustering of 169 keywords resulted in 13 cluster labels, and the key diseases where Huolong (Fire Dragon) cupping nursing shows advantages were identified as pain, facial paralysis, and stroke. Conclusion: The overall number of studies is relatively small, and there is a need to strengthen cooperation between institutions and authors, and to combine other TCM therapeutic techniques to further explore the therapeutic mechanism of Huolong (Fire Dragon) cupping. Explore the therapeutic mechanisms of Huolong (Fire Dragon) cupping and seek more application fields. Currently, the research still lacks core authors and institutions, and the cooperation network is relatively loose. In the future, it is necessary to strengthen multi - center cooperation and the standardization of research.
