电针治疗腕管综合征的临床研究进展

摘要: 腕管综合征(CTS)是常见的腕部疾患,在如今的社会背景下,现代人的工作性质导致其患病人数呈上升趋势,女性的发病率约为男性的2~4倍,患者数量的增加和此类疾病的治疗方案的相对缺少规范使得此疾病对整个社会的经济带来了巨大损失,目前常用的治疗策略通常是手术治疗及常见的保守治疗,其中电针治疗对非必要采取手术治疗的轻中度CTS意义巨大。本文旨在通过梳理电针治疗腕管综合征及其联合其他疗法的最新研究成果,更准确地对腕管综合征的治疗进行深层次的论述。
Abstract: Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is a common wrist disorder, and in today’s society, the nature of modern work has led to a rising trend in the number of sufferers, with the incidence in women being about two to four times higher than that in men. The common treatment strategies are usually surgical and common conservative treatments, among which electro-acupuncture is of great significance for mild to moderate CTS where surgical treatment is not necessary. The purpose of this paper is to provide a more accurate discussion of the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome by reviewing the latest research findings on electroacupuncture and its combination with other therapies.
