摘要: 近年来，中国的高校外迁已经逐渐成为一种普遍现象。本研究探讨高校外迁对地方经济发展的溢出效应，特别是对高新技术企业发展的影响。通过结合理论与实践，采用定性与定量相结合的方法，旨在为地方经济的可持续发展提供理论依据与政策建议。

Abstract: In recent years, the relocation of colleges and universities in China has been more frequent. This study explores the spillover effects of university relocation on local economic development, particularly its impact on the development of high-tech enterprises. By integrating theory with practice and employing a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, the aim is to provide theoretical foundations and policy recommendations for the sustainable development of local economies.
