摘要: 本病例报道了一例胆囊伴卵巢转移患者，通过详尽的临床检查和病理分析确诊，并进行综合性治疗。本案例突出了胆囊癌罕见的转移部位，探讨了其诊断、治疗过程中的挑战及应对策略。病例中患者女性，67岁，主要临床表现为阴道分泌物增多和下腹坠胀，影像学及病理检查显示广泛转移。经全子宫双附件切除术、大网膜切除术及盆腔肿瘤细胞减灭术，患者接受综合治疗，术后恢复良好。
Abstract: This case reports a patient with gallbladder with ovarian metastasis, who was confirmed by detailed clinical examination and pathological analysis, and received comprehensive treatment. This case highlights the rare metastatic site of gallbladder cancer, and discusses the challenges and strategies in diagnosis and treatment. The patient was a 67-year-old female. The main clinical manifestations were increased vaginal discharge and lower abdominal distention. Imaging and pathological examination showed extensive metastasis. After total hysterectomy, omentectomy and pelvic tumor cell reduction, the patient received comprehensive treatment and recovered well.
