Abstract: In the digital era, the employment market for college students is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. Rapid technological advancements and industrial upgrades have led to increasingly higher demands on graduates’ professional skills, comprehensive qualities, and innovative capabilities, intensifying employment competition. The current employment situation of college students is characterized by increased employment pressure, structural changes, shifts in employment preferences, and significant regional disparities. In response to these changes, universities need to strengthen career planning education, deepen practical activities, enhance job-search skills, and provide professional psychological counseling while offering precise and personalized employment guidance. Graduates should improve their professional skills and comprehensive qualities, keep abreast of technological frontiers, and establish correct employment attitudes. All sectors of society should also strengthen their attention and support for graduates, provide policy and financial support, and create an inclusive and understanding employment atmosphere.
