近10年老年抑郁症研究热点的可视化分析

Visualization Analysis of Research Hotspots of Senile Depression in Recent 10 Years

摘要: 随着我国人口老龄化的不断加深，老年人的心理健康问题已经成为社会关注的焦点。在这一群体中，抑郁症作为最常见的心理疾病之一，其发病率和影响力不容忽视。本研究基于CiteSpace文献计量方法，筛选近十年(2014年~2024年)中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、万方、维普三个中文数据库中关于老年抑郁症的相关文献，经Note Express剔除重复文献，进行筛选后最终中文数据库共纳入文献670篇，并对其进行计量学分析及可视化展示，分析内容主要包括发文量、发文作者、机构、关键词等。结果显示：国内有关老年抑郁症研究的年发文量整体呈递增趋势，研究热点集中抑郁症状、影响因素、认知功能、焦虑、慢性病、社会支持等方面；目前我国尚缺乏中心性较高的研究机构和研究作者。结论：我国老年抑郁症相关研究正处于发展上升期，在未来的研究中应适当加强机构、作者之间的合作交流，进一步加强老年抑郁症的预防以及干预措施的研究。

Abstract: With the deepening of China’s aging population, the mental health of the elderly has become the focus of social attention. In this group, depression is one of the most common mental illnesses, and its incidence and influence cannot be ignored. Based on the CiteSpace bibliometric method, this study screened the relevant literature on senile depression in the three Chinese databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang and Weipu in the past ten years (2014~2024). After Note Express removed duplicate literature, a total of 670 articles were included in the final Chinese database, and they were subjected to metrological analysis and visual display. The analysis mainly included the number of articles, authors, institutions, keywords, etc. The results showed that the annual number of papers on senile depression in China showed an increasing trend, and the research hotspots focused on depressive symptoms, influencing factors, cognitive function, anxiety, chronic diseases, social support and so on. At present, there is still a lack of research institutions and research authors with high centrality in China. Conclusion: The research on senile depression in China is in the rising stage of development. In the future research, the cooperation and communication between institutions and authors should be strengthened to further strengthen the research on the prevention and intervention measures of senile depression.
