Abstract: This article summarizes and analyzes the research progress on postpone grief disorder in recent years, mainly involving diagnostic criteria, differentiation points, susceptibility and influencing factors, as well as possible pathogenesis. It is believed that the current diagnostic criteria for PGD corresponding to ICD-11 or DSM-5-TR still need to consider the influence of cultural differences, cross-cultural factors, and even religious beliefs, in order to develop diagnostic criteria with broad applicability and operability in the future.
