知识产权保护视域下电子商务平台的侵权责任研究

Research on Tort Liability of E-Commerce Platform from the Perspective of Intellectual Property Protection

摘要: 随着电子商务的发展，网络平台交易量持续增长，为我国市场经济的发展注入了新动力。与此同时，电子商务交易的跨时空、跨地域、即时性等特点，导致电子商务平台的知识产权侵权问题频繁发生。基于此，本文将从知识产权保护的角度出发，分析电子商务平台在知识产权侵权中的法律责任，结合司法实践探讨我国电子商务平台在知识产权保护方面存在的问题，并针对问题提出有效的解决方案，以期不断加强电子商务领域的知识产权保护。

Abstract: With the development of e-commerce, the transaction volume of online platforms continues to grow, and has injected new impetus into the development of China’s market economy. At the same time, the cross-temporal, cross-regional, and real-time characteristics of e-commerce transactions have led to frequent intellectual property infringement issues on e-commerce platforms. Based on this, this paper will analyze the legal liability of e-commerce platforms in intellectual property infringement from the perspective of intellectual property protection, and discuss the problems existing in intellectual property protection of e-commerce platforms in China through judicial practice. It will also propose effective solutions to continuously strengthen intellectual property protection in the e-commerce field.
