我国中小企业跨境电商下结算风险研究

Research on Settlement Risks of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Cross-Border E-Commerce in China

摘要: 随着全球经济一体化和互联网技术的发展，跨境电商已成为国际贸易的重要组成部分。中小企业跨境电商发展迅猛，但结算风险成为制约其进一步发展的重要因素。目前，国内外对于中小企业跨境电商结算风险的研究相对较少。此外，现有的研究大多缺乏针对性的应对策略，难以满足中小企业的实际需求。本研究深入分析了我国中小企业跨境电商结算风险，包括信用风险、支付平台风险、政策风险、汇率风险等。通过对跨境电商结算理论基础的探讨，阐述了结算的概念、特点及风险类型、成因与措施。研究结论表明，中小企业在跨境电商结算过程中面临多种风险，需采取有效应对策略。

Abstract: With the development of global economic integration and Internet technology, cross-border e-commerce has become an important part of international trade. The development of cross-border e-commerce for small and medium-sized enterprises is rapid, but settlement risks have become an important factor restricting their further development. At present, there is relatively little research on the settlement risks of cross-border e-commerce for small and medium-sized enterprises both domestically and internationally. In addition, most existing research lacks targeted response strategies, making it difficult to meet the actual needs of small and medium-sized enterprises. This study conducted an in-depth analysis of the settlement risks of cross-border e-commerce for small and medium-sized enterprises in China, including usage risks, payment platform risks, policy risks, exchange rate risks, etc. By exploring the theoretical basis of cross-border e-commerce settlement, this article elaborates on the concept, characteristics, risk types, causes, and measures of settlement. The research conclusion indicates that small and medium-sized enterprises face various risks in the process of cross-border e-commerce settlement and need to adopt effective response strategies.
