一例乳腺癌患者红外线联合中药外敷治疗PICC置管机械性静脉炎的护理体会

摘要: 总结1例红外线联合中药外敷治疗PICC置管机械性静脉炎的护理经验。护理重点包括红外线治疗仪局部照射、中药局部外敷、手部握拳功能锻炼、PICC换药护理。经积极治疗护理，患者机械静脉炎逐渐好转，治疗过程中未发生其他不良反应。
Abstract: One case of infrared combined with traditional Chinese medicine external application in the treatment of PICC catheterized mechanical phlebitis was experienced. The focus of nursing includes local irradiation of infrared therapy instrument, topical application of traditional Chinese medicine, hand clenching and fist function exercise, and PICC dressing change care. After active treatment and nursing, the patient’s mechanical phlebitis gradually improved, and no other adverse reactions occurred during the treatment.
