医用制氧系统与院外配送的医用氧在医院的临床应用对比
Comparison of Clinical Application of Medical Oxygen Production System and Medical Oxygen Distributed outside the Hospital
摘要: 目的:对比研究医用制氧系统与院外配送的医用氧在医院的临床应用效果。方法:选取本公司合作的中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九二七医院2023年9月~2024年8月收治的500例吸氧治疗患者,随机纳入A组与B组各250例。A组采用医用制氧系统(制氧浓度 ≥ 99.5%),B组采用院外配送的医用氧(氧浓度 ≥ 99.5%),对比2组患者的氧疗效果、生命体征(血氧饱和度、心率、呼吸频率)、血气分析指标(PaO
2, PaCO
2, pH)、舒适度(GCQ评分)、满意度。结果:2组的总有效率相近,P > 0.05;2组治疗后的血氧饱和度、心率、呼吸频率对比,P > 0.05;2组治疗后的PaO
2、PaCO
2、pH对比,P > 0.05;A组的GCQ评分为(95.34 ± 8.47)分,B组为(90.11 ± 8.93)分,A组高于B组,P < 0.05;A组的满意度高于B组,P < 0.05。结论:医用制氧系统与院外配送的医用氧在医院吸氧治疗中的临床效果相当,前者吸氧无异味,患者舒适度与满意度更高,值得推广应用。
Abstract: Objective: To compare and study the clinical application effects of medical oxygen production systems and medical oxygen distributed outside the hospital. Methods: 500 patients treated with oxygen inhalation from September 2023 to August 2024 in the 927 Hospital of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Joint Service Support Force cooperated with our company were randomly included in group A and group B, 250 patients in each group. Group A used a medical oxygen production system (oxygen concentration ≥ 99.5%), while Group B used medical oxygen distributed outside the hospital (oxygen concentration ≥ 99.5%). The oxygen therapy effect, vital signs (blood oxygen saturation, heart rate, respiratory rate), blood gas analysis indicators (PaO2, PaCO2, pH), comfort level (GCQ score), and satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients. Result: The total effective rates of the two groups were similar, P > 0.05; comparison of blood oxygen saturation, heart rate, and respiratory rate between two groups after treatment, P > 0.05; Comparison of PaO2, PaCO2, and pH between two groups after treatment, P > 0.05; the GCQ score of Group A was (95.34 ± 8.47) points, while Group B was (90.11 ± 8.93) points, with Group A being higher than Group B, P < 0.05; the satisfaction level of Group A is higher than that of Group B, P < 0.05. Conclusion: The clinical effects of medical oxygen production systems and medical oxygen distributed outside the hospital are comparable in hospital oxygen therapy. The former has no odor during oxygen inhalation, higher patient comfort and satisfaction, and is worthy of promotion and application.
