针刺治疗脑卒中后尿潴留的临床研究进展

Progress of Clinical Research on Acupuncture in the Treatment of Post-Stroke Urinary Retention

摘要: 尿潴留属于脑卒中后的常见并发症之一，对疾病的预后及患者的生活质量都会造成不良影响，针灸作为传统医学的瑰宝，具备多种形式的治疗手段，具有经济安全、副作用小、不良反应少等特点，能够在临床治疗脑卒中后尿潴留时发挥较好的作用，为研究针灸治疗该疾病的多种形式，本文将对近年来针灸治疗脑卒中后尿潴留的相关临床研究进行归纳总结，以期为临床治疗此病提供系统的参考及多样的治疗方式，使施术者可结合患者情况，优化治疗方案。

Abstract: Urinary retention belongs to one of the common complications after stroke, which will adversely affect the prognosis of the disease and the quality of life of the patients. Acupuncture, as a treasure of traditional medicine, possesses multiple forms of treatment, which is economical and safe, with few side effects and adverse reactions, and plays a better role in the clinical treatment of post-stroke urinary retention, and in order to study the multiple forms of acupuncture treatment of this disease, this paper will summarize the relevant clinical studies on acupuncture treatment of post-stroke urinary retention in recent years, in order to provide a systematic reference for the clinical treatment of this disease, and to provide a variety of therapeutic modalities, so that the operator can combine with the patient’s condition and optimize the treatment plan.
