基于湿瘀理论探讨萆薢分清饮合桃红四物汤治疗慢性前列腺炎

Discussion on the Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis with Bixie Fenqing Yin and Taohong Siwu Decoction Based on the Theory of Dampness and Stasis

摘要: 慢性前列腺炎病因多与湿热、瘀血有关，临床常表现为尿频、尿急、尿痛等排尿不畅及小腹、会阴部疼痛等湿热瘀阻症状。本文从湿瘀理论出发，通过理论分析，探讨采用清热利湿、活血化瘀方法，运用萆薢分清饮合桃红四物汤治疗慢性前列腺炎，并研究该方的方义及临证经验，以期为临床应用提供参考。

Abstract: The etiology of chronic prostatitis is often related to damp heat and blood stasis. Clinical manifestations include urinary frequency, urgency, pain during urination, and other symptoms of poor urination, as well as damp heat and blood stasis in the lower abdomen and perineum. This article starts from the theory of dampness and stasis, and through theoretical analysis, explores the use of methods such as clearing heat and removing dampness, promoting blood circulation, and removing blood stasis. It uses the combination of Bixie Fenqing Yin and Taohong Siwu Decoction to treat chronic prostatitis, and studies the meaning and clinical experience of this formula, in order to provide reference for clinical application.
