基于肝脾肾同调论治全身皮肤发黄发黑经验

摘要: 绝经前后全身皮肤发黄发黑在中医学中极为罕见，属“绝经前后诸证”范畴，中医药治疗具有标本同治的优势，文章总结了导师彭强丽主任医师治疗该病的临证经验，彭师认为该病多以绝经前后肾气衰退，肾水未能滋养肝木，肝失条达，气机郁滞化火，而致使脾胃失于健运为主要病因病机，临证需补肾、疏肝、健脾三脏同调，故治以丹栀逍遥散加减，并配以心理疏导，取得显著疗效。
