基于肺的生理特性浅析肺系疾病的用药规律

Analysis of Medication Rules for Pulmonary Diseases Based on the Physiological Characteristics of the Lungs

摘要: 本文基于肺的生理特性，将肺系疾病用药规律总结为“宣肺泻热，治肺重在祛邪”“顺季应节，润肺适从秋属”“散邪敛气，调肺因应开阖”“清火滋阴，疗肺不宜偏颇”“培土生金，养肺勿忘补土”等五个方面，以具体方药为例，结合五脏苦欲补泻理论，在中医药经典著作指导下，以中药五味特性为本，探析中医药治疗肺系疾病的用药原则，旨在恢复肺之生理功能，对药物配伍及临床诊治做出针对性指导，为临床治疗肺系疾病用药提出新思路。

Abstract: Based on the physiological characteristics of the lungs, this article summarizes the medication rules for pulmonary diseases into five aspects: “promoting lung diarrhea and heat, treating the lungs with emphasis on dispelling evil”, “regulating the lungs according to the season, moistening the lungs suitable for autumn”, “dispersing evil and gathering qi, regulating the opening and closing of the lungs according to the response”, “clearing fire and nourishing yin, treating the lungs without bias”, “cultivating soil and generating gold, nourishing the lungs without forgetting to supplement soil”. Taking specific prescriptions as an example, combined with the theory of the five organs’ bitter desire to supplement and diarrhea, under the guidance of classic works of traditional Chinese medicine, based on the five characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, this article explores the medication principles of traditional Chinese medicine in treating pulmonary diseases, aiming to restore the physiological function of the lungs, provide targeted guidance for drug combination and clinical diagnosis and treatment, and provide a new approach to medication for the treatment of pulmonary diseases.
