Innovation of Internationalization Path of Talent Cultivation in Sino-Russian Cooperative Education under the Current International Background—Based on the Sino-Russian Cooperative Education Institution of North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power

摘要: 针对国际化人才培养过程中传统人才培养模式的不足，基于当前国际背景下的中俄合作办学机构，从教学方法和手段、外方课程教学质量保障、国际化创新教学理念三个方面创新国际化人才培养路径，并据此对人才培养国际化路径提出进一步的创新方向，提高学生的实践能力和创新能力，提升学生的跨文化交流能力，培养具有全球胜任力的国际化人才。

Abstract: In view of the shortcomings of the traditional talent cultivation mode in the process of international talent cultivation, based on the Sino-Russian cooperative education institution under the background of the Belt and Road, this paper innovates the international talent cultivation path from three aspects: teaching methods and means, teaching quality assurance of foreign courses, and international innovative teaching concepts. Based on this, it puts forward further innovation directions for the internationalization path of talent cultivation, improves students’ practical ability and innovation ability, enhances students’ cross-cultural communication ability, and cultivates international talents with global competence.
