浅析儿童内伤咳嗽从肝脾论治

A Brief Analysis of Internal Injury Cough in Children from the Perspective of Liver and Spleen

摘要: 目的：研究儿童内伤咳嗽的肝脾气机理论法则，重视肝咳、脾咳，了解肝脾在机体内环境中所起的作用。若肝脾气机之枢纽不通，则会引发内环境的改变，影响肺的宣降从而诱发咳嗽。《黄帝内经》里就已告诉后世：“五脏皆令人咳，非独肺也”，说明咳嗽并非是肺的专属病症。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the theoretical principles of liver and spleen qi mechanism in pediatric internal injury cough, with emphasis on liver cough and spleen cough, and to understand the roles of the liver and spleen in the internal environment of the body. When the pivot of liver qi and spleen qi mechanism is obstructed, it can lead to changes in the internal environment, affecting the lung’s dispersion and descent functions, and thereby inducing cough. The Yellow Emperor’s Inner Classic already informed later generations, “All five zang organs can cause cough; it is not only the lung”. This indicates that cough is not a disease exclusively associated with the lung.
