基于中西医临床病症特点的慢性萎缩性胃炎动物模型特点分析
Analysis of the Characteristics of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Animal Models Based on Clinical Symptoms of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

摘要: 目的:本文基于慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis, CAG)的中西医临床病症特点,对其现有动物模型进行整理分析,评估各模型的临床吻合情况及其优缺点,为临床研究提供更直观的参考。方法:通过中国知网(CNKI)、PubMed等数据库检索CAG动物模型的相关资料,并对其进行整理归纳。结合该病的中西医临床病症特点和现有的动物模型评价方法,按照综合权重法,对各模型组进行量化赋值,后对CAG动物模型进行吻合度评价。结果:根据该评价标准对现有的CAG动物模型评分,得出中西医吻合度均较高的为多因素综合造模模型(西医吻合度:85%,中医吻合度:84%),中医病症结合模型通过多种干预手段的叠加,模拟中医发病机制,有较高的中医动物模型吻合度,结论:目前CAG动物模型以西医疾病模型为主,中医病症特征在现有模型中难以体现,中、西医临床特点吻合度均较高的模型较少。因此,构建出与中西医临床病症特点紧密结合的CAG动物模型,为该病中西医临床病症结合模型建立和完善提供参考。
Abstract: Objective: This article is based on the clinical characteristics of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) in both traditional Chinese and Western medicine. It summarizes and analyzes the existing animal models, evaluates the clinical consistency and advantages and disadvantages of each model, and provides a more intuitive reference for clinical research. Method: Retrieve relevant information on CAG animal models from databases such as CNKI and PubMed, and organize and summarize them. Based on the clinical characteristics of the disease in both traditional Chinese and Western medicine, as well as existing animal model evaluation methods, the comprehensive weight method was used to quantitatively assign values to each model group, and then the consistency of the CAG animal model was evaluated. Result: According to the evaluation criteria, the existing CAG animal models were scored, and it was found that the multi factor comprehensive modeling model with high compatibility between traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine (85% compatibility with Western medicine and 84% compatibility with traditional Chinese medicine). The traditional Chinese medicine disease combination model simulates the pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine through the superposition of multiple intervention methods, and has a high compatibility with traditional Chinese medicine animal models. Conclusion: At present, CAG animal models are mainly based on Western medicine disease models, and the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine diseases are difficult to reflect in existing models. There are few models with high consistency between clinical characteristics of Chinese and Western medicine. Therefore, a CAG animal model closely integrated with the clinical characteristics of traditional Chinese and Western medicine was constructed to provide reference for the establishment and improvement of a combined model of traditional Chinese and Western medicine clinical symptoms for this disease.
