单侧腋窝阴虱病一例并文献回顾
Unilateral Axillary Pediculosis Pubis: A Case Report and Literature Review

摘要: 患者，男性，45岁，因右侧腋下瘙痒2月就诊。皮肤科专科查体：右侧腋窝处可见大量针尖样大小的棕灰色附着物黏附于腋毛近根部，周围可见明显的搔抓样痕迹及血痂形成。皮肤镜检查：可见阴虱成虫及虫卵。诊断为阴虱病，给予剔除腋毛，局部涂擦硫磺乳膏治疗1周后复诊腋窝阴虱消失。
Abstract: A 45-year-old male patient presented with itching of the right armpit for 2 months. Dermatological examination: A large number of pinpoint-sized brown-gray attachments adhere to the right armpit near the root of the hircus, and there are obvious scratch marks and blood scab formation around it. Dermatoscopy: Adult pubic lice and nits were visible. The diagnosis of pediculosis pubis was made, and the patient was instructed to remove axillary hair and apply sulfur ointment. After one week, a follow-up confirmed the complete resolution of pubic lice in the axilla.
