河北省农村失能老人长期照护需求现状研究

Study on the Current Situation of Long-Term Care Needs for Disabled Elderly People in Rural Hebei Province

摘要: 目的：调研河北省农村失能老年人长期照护需求现状及影响因素，为“长照险”机构制定个性化照护服务提供实证参考。方法：采用随机抽样方法抽取河北省唐山市和保定市长期照护保险定点服务机构中936名农村失能老年人，对其进行问卷调研和数据采集，得出河北省农村失能老年人长期照护需求现状，并用SPSS 20.0统计分析软件进行统计分析。结果：河北省农村失能老人长期照护服务需求总分为(54.46 ± 8.401)分，得分最高的维度为医疗保健服务；失能等级、居住情况、慢性病情况、文化程度是影响其长期照护需求的主要因素，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：河北省农村失能老年人长期照护需求水平偏低，对医疗保健服务的需求较高。“长照险”服务机构应以失能老年人的具体需求为导向，为其提供个性化照护服务，提高长期照护服务质量。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the current status and influencing factors of the long-term care needs of disabled elderly people in rural areas of Hebei Province and to provide references for long-term care insurance agencies to formulate personalized care services for the disabled elderly. Methods: 936 rural disabled elderly people from the designated service institutions of long-term care insurance in Hebei Province were randomly selected as research subjects, and their current status of long-term care needs was obtained through questionnaire survey and collection. SPSS 20.0 statistical analysis software was used for data analysis. Results: The total score for the long-term care needs of disabled elderly people in Hebei Province was (54.46 ± 8.40), with the highest score in the dimension of medical care services. The level of disability, living conditions, chronic disease status, and educational level are the main factors affecting their long-term care needs, with statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusions: The level of long-term care needs of disabled elderly people in rural areas of Hebei Province is low, and the demand for medical care services is high. Long-term care insurance service agencies should be oriented towards the specific needs of disabled elderly people, provide them with personalized care services, and improve the quality of long-term care services.
