E-Commerce and Platform Labor: Labor Alienation and Exploitation from a Marxist Perspective

摘要: 信息技术时代下衍生的电子商务平台，渗透了人们日常生活，随之衍生出了平台劳动。平台劳动在数据算法运作下，给社会带来了便利的同时也导致了平台劳动者同劳动过程、劳动结果和他人之间的异化状态，平台也在资本逐利下呈现出扩大现象，对此，政府、企业与个人都应做出相应的消解途径来消解劳动异化与剥削。

Abstract: E-commerce platforms derived from the information technology era have infiltrated people’s daily life, and consequently generated platform labor. Under the operation of data algorithms, platform labor brings convenience to the society, but also leads to the alienation of platform workers from the labor process, labor results and other people, and the platform also shows the phenomenon of expanding under the profit-seeking of capital. In the face of the above phenomenon, the government, enterprises and individuals should make the corresponding elimination paths to dissolve the labor alienation and exploitation.
