调神穴组电针治疗肾虚髓减型呆病88例

摘要: 目的:观察调神穴组电针治疗肾虚髓减型呆病88例的临床疗效。方法:选取88例肾虚髓减型呆病患者,采用调神穴组电针法治疗:头穴选取本神、神庭、四神聪,体针选取神封、神藏、神门,头部腧穴连接电针,使用频率为15 Hz的疏波,每次治疗持续30分钟,每天进行一次,每周六天,四周为一疗程。治疗前后阿尔茨海默症病理行为评分表(BEHAVE-AD)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、中医痴呆证候分型量表(SDSD)、简易精神状态检查表(MMSE)和日常生活活动(ADL)以进行评估,观察前后数值变化进行疗效评估。结果:患者治疗后的BEHAVE-AD、SDSD评分较治疗前降低(P < 0.01),治疗后的MoCA、治疗后的MMSE、ADL评分较治疗前升高(P < 0.01)。结论:调神组穴电针针对肾虚髓减型呆病患者有确切疗效。
Abstract: Objective: Observation on the Clinical Efficacy of Electroacupuncture at the “Tiao Shen” Acupoint Group Acupoint Cluster in Treating 88 Cases of Dementia with Kidney-Marrow Deficiency Syndrome. Methods: 38 cases with renal insufficiency and decreased cerebral hematopoiesis were selected for treatment with electroacupuncture: Ben Shen, Shen Ting, and Si Shen Cong were selected as the head acupoints, and Shen Fen, Shen Zang, and Shen Men were selected as the body acupoints, and the head acupoints were connected by electroacupuncture using a sparse wave at a frequency of 15 Hz, and the treatment lasted 30 minutes each time, performed once a day for six days a week, and treated consecutively for four weeks. The Chinese Medicine Dementia Symptom and Differential Scale (SDSD), the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA), Alzheimer’s Disease Behaviour Rating Scale (BEHAVE-AD), Daily Activities (ADL) and the Brief Mental State Examination (MMSE) were to assess pre- and post-treatment, and changes in pre- and post-treatment scores were monitored to assess treatment efficacy. Results: Patients had lower SDSD, BEHAVE-AD values after treatment than before treatment (P < 0.01), and MMSE, MoCA and ADL values were higher after treatment than before treatment (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Tuning Shen group acupuncture electroacupuncture has a definite efficacy in patients with renal insufficiency and bone marrow depletion type of tumor.
