摘要: 宫颈浸润性复层产黏液性癌(ISMC)是一种罕见的宫颈恶性肿瘤。世界卫生组织(WHO)于2020年在女性生殖系统子宫颈肿瘤分类中将其划分为与HPV相关的侵袭性腺癌。由于其发病率较低，对其认识十分有限。文章报道了1例ISMC，对其临床特征、病理结果、免疫表型、治疗及预后进行回顾性分析，并复习相关文献进行总结，为其临床诊治提供帮助。
Abstract: Invasive stratified mucin-producing carcinoma is a new subtype with special morphology and immunophenotype that occurs in the cervix. In 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) classified it as an HPV-related invasive adenocarcinoma in the classification of cervical tumors in the female reproductive system. Due to its low incidence rate, understanding of it is very limited. In this study, we report a case of cervical tumor with an ISMC component, analyze its clinical diagnosis and treatment process, and review the related literature in order to improve clinicians’ understanding and awareness of this disease.
