摘要: 刷脸支付技术凭借其便捷性和高效性，在零售、餐饮等领域得到广泛应用，但同时也伴随着用户隐私泄露、支付安全等潜在风险。本文重点分析刷脸支付技术的核心原理、发展历程及优劣势，当前刷脸支付技术存在的法律法规不完善、信息泄露风险等技术挑战。为应对这些风险，提出了加强技术保障、推进行业自律与监管、完善相关法律法规等策略。旨在保障刷脸支付技术的健康发展，提升支付过程的安全性，同时加强对用户隐私的保护，确保技术创新与社会福祉的和谐共进。

Abstract: With its convenience and efficiency, face swipe payment technology has been widely used in retail, catering and other fields, but it is also accompanied by potential risks such as user privacy leakage and payment security. This paper focuses on analyzing the core principle, development history and advantages and disadvantages of face swipe payment technology, and the current technical challenges such as imperfect laws and regulations and the risk of information leakage on face swipe payment technology. In order to cope with these risks, strategies such as strengthening technical protection, promoting industry self-regulation and supervision, and improving relevant laws and regulations are proposed. The aim is to safeguard the healthy development of face swipe payment technology, enhance the security of the payment process, and at the same time strengthen the protection of user privacy to ensure the harmonious coexistence of technological innovation and social well-being.
