Spiritual Cornerstone: An Analysis of the Core Position of College Mental Health in the Growth and Success of College Students
摘要: 本研究系统剖析高校心理健康于大学生成长成才的核心地位。开篇详述当代大学生心理健康问题频发给高校教育及个人成长带来的挑战,凸显研究的迫切性。深入解析大学生心理健康内涵与标准,明确其多维度的构成要素。全面阐述高校心理健康对大学生品德形成、智力发展与审美提升的重要作用机制,如通过稳定情绪与积极认知助力道德判断与情感激发,以良好心态促进学习动力与创新实践能力增长,借敏锐感知与积极心态推动审美感知与创造。细致探究影响大学生心理健康的个体、家庭、学校及社会因素,指出人格特质差异、自我认知偏差、家庭教养不当、学业与人际压力以及社会竞争与价值冲突等的影响路径。审视高校心理健康教育现状,发现课程体系的不完善、咨询服务的局限及师资队伍的不足。最后提出优化教育体系、强化咨询辅导、加强师资建设及构建多元支持网络等策略,为高校心理健康教育实践提供理论指引,助力大学生在良好心理健康状态下实现全面成长成才,成为适应社会且富有创造力与品德修养的对社会有突出贡献的特定人才。
Abstract: This study systematically analyzes the core position of mental health in colleges and universities in the growth and success of college students. The opening chapter details the challenges brought by the frequent occurrence of mental health problems of contemporary college students to college education and personal growth, highlighting the urgency of research. In-depth analysis of the connotation and standards of college students’ mental health, and clarification of its multi-dimensional components. This paper comprehensively expounds the important role mechanism of mental health in colleges and universities on the moral formation, intellectual development and aesthetic improvement of college students, such as helping moral judgment and emotional stimulation through stabilizing emotions and positive cognition, promoting the growth of learning motivation and innovative practice ability with a good attitude, and promoting aesthetic perception and creation through keen perception and positive attitude. This paper explores the individual, family, school and social factors that affect the mental health of college students, and points out the influencing paths of personality differences, self-perception biases, improper family upbringing, academic and interpersonal pressure, and social competition and value conflicts. This paper examines the current situation of mental health education in colleges and universities, and finds that the curriculum system is imperfect, the consulting services are limited, and the teaching staff is insufficient. Finally, strategies such as optimizing the education system, strengthening counseling and counseling, strengthening teacher construction and building a diversified support network are proposed, so as to provide theoretical guidance for the practice of mental health education in colleges and universities, help college students achieve all-round growth and success in a good state of mental health, and become the pillars of creativity and moral cultivation who adapt to the society.
