摘要: 输尿管狭窄的重建是泌尿外科具有挑战性的手术之一,针对不同位置及长度的狭窄,有多种重建术式可供选择,利用膀胱肌瓣输尿管狭窄成形术是经典修复下段狭窄的术式。本文就膀胱肌瓣输尿管狭窄成形术手术治疗的进展作一综述,供临床参考。
Abstract: Reconstruction of ureteral strictures represents one of the most challenging surgeries in urology. Various reconstructive techniques are available for strictures of different locations and lengths, among which the use of ureteral strictureplasty with Boari bladder flap is a classic approach for repairing lower segment strictures. This article provides a comprehensive review of the advancements in surgical management using ureteral strictureplasty with Boari bladder flap, serving as a clinical reference.
