The Value of Cervical Spine Exercises in theRehabilitation Nursing of Patients with Cervical Spondylosis in Sanatoriums

摘要: 目的：探讨颈椎保健操在疗养院中颈椎病疗养员康复护理中的效果。方法：选取2023年1月至2024年1月疗养中心收治的颈椎病疗养员120例作为研究对象，按照抛硬币的方法，分为对照组和观察组各60例，对照组接受常规护理，观察组接受颈椎保健操护理，对比两组疗养员的护理效果、疼痛情况、颈痛发作频率及睡眠质量。结果：观察组护理总有效率高于对照组，有差异(P < 0.05)；观察组疼痛、睡眠质量等评分及颈痛发作频次均低于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论：通过实施颈椎保健操的护理干预措施，颈椎病疗养员的颈部疼痛得到明显舒缓，有效减少颈痛症状的发作频次，而且促进睡眠质量的提升，在缓解病痛、优化康复过程方面展现出积极效果，值得深入探索与实践。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of cervical spine exercise in the rehabilitation nursing of patients with cervical spondylosis in a sanitarium. Methods: A total of 120 patients with cervical spondylosis were selected from January 2023 to January 2024. They were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 60 patients in each group according to coin toss. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received cervical vertebra health exercise nursing. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of pain, sleep quality, and the frequency of cervical pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: By implementing the nursing intervention measures of cervical health exercises, the neck pain of patients with cervical spondylosis can be significantly relieved, effectively reduce the frequency of cervical pain symptoms, and promote the improvement of sleep quality, showing positive effects in alleviating pain and optimizing the rehabilitation process, which is worth further exploration and practice.
