A Rare Case of Double Interatrial Septum Combined with PFO: A Case Description
摘要: 卵圆孔未闭(PFO)伴双房间隔(Double IAS)是一种罕见的心脏畸形，可能导致多种症状，但文献中报道的病例数量有限。然而，在这些病例中，仅凭传统经胸超声心动图成像往往难以作出正确诊断，有时甚至可能导致手术失败。因此，准确识别房间隔的结构异常至关重要。本报告描述了一例50岁女性患者的病例管理过程，该患者因慢性偏头痛就诊。
Abstract: Patent foramen ovale (PFO) with a double interatrial septum (Double IAS) is a rare cardiac abnormality that may result in various symptoms, with only a few cases reported in the literature. However, in those cases, it’s hard to diagnose correctly using only traditional transthoracic echocardiogram imaging, even though it may sometimes result in surgery failure. It is very important to correctly identify the structural abnormality of the atrial septum. This report describes the case management of a 50-year-old female who presented with chronic migraine.
