数字技术赋能电子商务:内在逻辑与实践路径
Empowering E-Commerce with Digital Technologies: Intrinsic Logic and Practical Pathways
摘要: 当前电子商务在运营效率、市场竞争及用户体验等方面的问题对数字技术赋能提出了新要求。数字技术通过优化交易流程、精准分析消费者行为、促进商业模式创新及优化供应链与物流管理,提升了电子商务的整体效能与竞争力。然而,数字技术赋能电子商务过程中亦存在一些困境,包括数字应用与企业运营模式的匹配效应不足、数字治理协同效应有待加强以及数字鸿沟问题制约其普及与可持续发展。因此,需要推动数字技术创新应用以优化交易流程,强化数字治理与风险控制以保障电子商务可持续发展,缩小数字鸿沟以推动电子商务普及与包容性发展。
Abstract: Current issues in e-commerce related to operational efficiency, market competition, and user experience have raised new demands for the empowerment of digital technologies. Digital technologies enhance the overall effectiveness and competitiveness of e-commerce by optimizing transaction processes, accurately analyzing consumer behavior, promoting business model innovation, and improving supply chain and logistics management. However, the process of empowering e-commerce with digital technologies also faces several challenges, including insufficient alignment between digital applications and business operation models, the need to strengthen the synergistic effects of digital governance, and the digital divide, which restricts the widespread adoption and sustainable development of e-commerce. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the innovative application of digital technologies to optimize transaction processes, strengthen digital governance and risk control to ensure the sustainable development of e-commerce, and narrow the digital divide to promote the popularization and inclusive development of e-commerce.
