摘要: 通过对河南省城乡义务教育均衡发展现状进行统计分析研究，探究“互联网+”背景下城乡义务教育阶段优质均衡发展过程中存在的问题。并针对具体问题给出建议，旨在为实现城乡义务教育优质均衡发展提供一些可行性的对策。

Abstract: Through statistical analysis on the current state of balanced development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas of Henan Province, we explore the problems existing in the process of high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas under the background of “Internet+”. It also provides suggestions for specific issues, aiming to offer feasible countermeasures for achieving high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas.
