摘要: 外贸英语函电作为国际贸易活动的核心沟通工具，其规范性直接影响跨国贸易的效率和合作稳定性。因此，有必要基于功能视角，系统探讨外贸英语函电在国际贸易全流程中的具体应用场景。当前外贸英语函电应用存在语言准确性不足、格式标准化缺失、安全风险频发及沟通效能弱化等突出问题。本文剖析问题形成机制，提出“文化–政策–技术–认知”四维协同的改进框架，旨在为外贸企业提升函电沟通效能、规避贸易风险提供理论依据。

Abstract: As a core communication tool in international trade activities, the standardization of foreign trade English correspondence directly affects the efficiency of cross-border trade and the stability of cooperation. Therefore, it is necessary to systematically explore the specific application scenarios of foreign trade English correspondence in the whole process of international trade from the functional perspective. At present, there are prominent problems in the application of foreign trade English correspondence, such as insufficient language accuracy, lack of format standardization, frequent occurrence of security risks and weakened communication efficiency. This paper analyzes the formation mechanism of the problems and proposes an improved framework of four-dimensional coordination of “culture-policy-technology-cognition”, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for foreign trade enterprises to enhance the communication efficiency of correspondence and avoid trade risks.
