Psychological Analysis of Victims in “Impersonating Public Security, Prosecution, and Court” Fraud and Prevention Strategies

摘要: “冒充公检法”作为电信网络诈骗案件的主要类型之一，给民众乃至社会都造成了恶劣的影响。目前，已有研究主要聚焦于法学、公安学等领域中针对民众的诈骗预警，从心理学视角探究被害人内部心理过程的研究较少，这或是反诈的关键着力点。本研究以诈骗发生过程中被害人心理变化为锚点，结合心理学相关理论，剖析受骗心理过程，并将其总结为三个阶段：初步接触期、威胁诱导期和孤立控制期。本研究旨在探讨各个阶段中被害者的心理发展历程，并提出了针对性的心理防控策略，为民众自我防范和警方精准反诈提供建议和参考。

Abstract: “Impersonating Public Security, Prosecution, and Court” fraud is one of the main types of telecom fraud, causing significant harm to individuals and society. Existing research primarily focuses on legal and law enforcement perspectives, with limited studies on the victim’s internal psychological process from a psychological viewpoint, which could be a key focus for anti-fraud efforts. This study anchors on the psychological changes of victims during the fraud process, analyzing the psychological stages of victimization, which are categorized into three phases: initial contact, threat induction, and isolation control. For each phase, this research explores the psychological development of victims and proposes targeted psychological prevention and control strategies, providing suggestions and references for public self-defense and law enforcement’s anti-fraud precision.
