Research on Personal Privacy Protection in the Digital Economy

摘要: 在数字经济高速发展的时代背景下，个人隐私保护因数据规模性、网络化及价值化特征面临客体泛化、安全风险加剧等挑战，本文通过剖析我国法律体系现存短板与公众意识薄弱等核心问题，提出构建普及化、法制化、规范化、体系化的多维协同保护框架，旨在平衡隐私权益保障与数据高效利用间的矛盾，为数字经济可持续发展和国家治理现代化提供理论支撑与实践路径。

Abstract: In the context of the rapid development of the digital economy, personal privacy protection faces challenges such as the generalization of the protected objects and the intensification of security risks due to the characteristics of data scale, networking and value. This paper analyzes the core problems such as the existing shortcomings of the legal system and the weak public awareness in China, and proposes a multi-dimensional collaborative protection framework that is popularized, legalized, standardized and systematized, aiming to balance the contradiction between the protection of privacy rights and the efficient utilization of data, and provide the oretical support and practical paths for the sustainable development of the digital economy and the modernization of national governance.
