小儿气管支气管异物诊治进展

摘要: 小儿气管支气管异物是儿科最常见的急危重症之一，可致多种急性或慢性并发症，严重者可导致心肺骤停和猝死。因此，及时诊断及治疗气管支气管异物是减少并发症和降低死亡率的关键。本文简要介绍了该病的流行病学、临床特征以及治疗的最新进展，旨在提升临床对该疾病的早期识别和诊疗，提高全民预防意识，降低造成的意外伤害及减少并发症的发生。
Abstract: Tracheobronchial foreign body in children is one of the most common acute and critical diseases in pediatrics, which can lead to a variety of acute or chronic complications, serious patients may have cardiopulmonary arrest and sudden death. Therefore, timely diagnosis and treatment of tracheobronchial foreign bodies are crucial for reducing complications and mortality rates. This article briefly introduces the epidemiology, clinical features, and recent advances in the management of this disease, with the aim to enhance early clinical recognition and diagnosis of this disease in clinical practice, raise public awareness of prevention, and ultimately decrease the number of unintentional injuries and complications caused by this disease.
