大数据时代高职商科学生就业能力提升路径研究——以北京农业职业学院为例

Research on the Path to Enhance the Employability of Vocational Business Students in the Big Data Era—A Case Study of Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture

摘要: 本文以大数据时代为背景，针对高职商科学生就业能力的提升问题，以北京农业职业学院为例展开研究。文章分析了大数据时代对高职商科学生就业能力的新要求及积极影响，并从优化就业服务、创新教育模式、拓展实践平台三个维度，详细探讨了提升就业能力的有效路径。同时，构建了包括政策扶持、人才培养与引进、大数据技术应用环境优化在内的保障机制。北京农业职业学院的实践案例验证了这些措施的有效性。本研究为高职商科教育在大数据时代下的就业能力提升提供了有价值的参考和启示。

Abstract: This paper, set against the backdrop of the big data era, investigates the enhancement of employability among vocational business students, using Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture as a case study. The study analyzes the new requirements and positive impacts of the big data era on the employability of vocational business students. It explores effective pathways to improve employability from three dimensions: optimizing employment services, innovating educational models, and expanding practical platforms. Additionally, the paper constructs a comprehensive support mechanism that includes policy support, talent cultivation and recruitment, and the optimization of big data technology application environments. The practical case of Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture validates the effectiveness of these measures. This research provides valuable references and insights for enhancing employability in vocational business education in the context of the big data era.
