基于CiteSpace的我国服务业数字化转型可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Digital Transformation of China’s Service Industry Based on CiteSpace

摘要: 随着数字技术的迅猛发展，服务型企业正面临前所未有的转型机遇与挑战。数字化转型不仅是技术层面的升级，更是商业模式、运营流程和客户体验的全面革新。基于此，本文利用CiteSpace对2014~2024年中国知网数据库中的800余篇期刊文献进行文献计量图谱分析，对服务型企业数字化转型这一领域进行深入探索。通过对作者名称、研究机构、关键词共现等一系列进行可视化分析，观察到服务业数字化转型领域的研究涉及多个学科。结论：服务业数字化转型研究近两年达到高潮，但作者合作还处于小团队合作范围，需加强跨学科跨领域团队的交流合作。

Abstract: With the rapid development of digital technology, service-oriented enterprises are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges for transformation. Digital transformation is not only an upgrade in technology, but also a comprehensive innovation in business models, operational processes, and customer experience. Based on this, this article uses CiteSpace to conduct bibliometric analysis on more than 800 journal articles in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure database from 2014 to 2024, and explores in depth the field of digital transformation of service-oriented enterprises. Through visual analysis of author names, research institutions, keyword co-occurrence, etc., it is observed that research in the field of digital transformation of the service industry involves multiple disciplines. Conclusion: Research on the digital transformation of the service industry has reached its peak in the past two years, but the author’s collaboration is still within the scope of small team cooperation, and there is a need to strengthen interdisciplinary and cross disciplinary team communication and cooperation.
