Abstract: Against the backdrop of rapid globalization and the development of information technology, enterprises are facing unprecedented opportunities for development and challenges. The widespread application of information technology has not only reshaped the operational models of enterprises, enhanced management efficiency, but also raised higher demands for financial management, such as more precise data processing, stronger decision support capabilities, and stricter internal control mechanisms. However, traditional financial management methods have obvious limitations in terms of data processing efficiency, decision support capabilities, and internal control, making it difficult to meet the needs of modern enterprise management. Therefore, exploring how to innovate financial management models in the context of enterprise informatization has become a common focus of academic and practical circles. As a core component of enterprise management, the modern transformation of financial management is crucial for enhancing corporate competitiveness and optimizing resource allocation.
