公共管理类课程思政教学改革——以《社会保障学》为例
Ideological and Political Education Reform in Public Administration Courses—A Case Study of “Social Security Studies” Courses
摘要: 公共管理类课程是培养治理人才的关键课程,而《社会保障学》是公共管理类课程中的一门重要课程,在推动社会公平、稳定、和谐方面有着重要作用。在《社会保障学》课程教学过程中引入思政元素,有利于学生深刻体会社会保障的政治和生活意义,进一步发挥课程思政的教育功能,提高学生思想政治素养,从而引领正确的价值观,强化责任担当。本文以《社会保障学》的教学实际为例,对公共管理类课程有效开展思政元素教学路径进行阐述,力求探索对公共管理类课程思政教学具有参考性和借鉴意义的实践思路,努力提升公共管理类课程的育人质量。
Abstract: Public administration courses are key to cultivating governance talents, and “Social Security Studies” is an important course within this field, playing a significant role in promoting social fairness, stability, and harmony. The author believes that integrating ideological and political education elements into the teaching of “Social Security Studies” helps students gain a deep understanding of the political and social significance of social security, further enhancing the educational function of course-based ideological and political education. This approach improves students’ ideological and political literacy, guides them toward the correct values, and strengthens their sense of responsibility. This paper takes the practical teaching of “Social Security Studies” as an example to explore effective paths for incorporating ideological and political education elements into public administration courses, aiming to provide practical insights with reference value for the ideological and political teaching in public administration courses, and to improve the educational quality of these courses.
