宁波市数字文旅现状——元宇宙下的创新与挑战
The Current Status of Digital Culture and Tourism in Ningbo City—Innovation and Challenges under the Metaverse
摘要: 世界正在进入数字化时代。数字文旅产业异军突起。抓住机遇,才能把握未来。在区块链、5G、物联网等一众高端技术的输出下,元宇宙开始走向了实业。本调查项目以宁波市居民及在宁波市游玩的游客为调查对象,通过问卷调查和现场访谈的形式,客观地分析现阶段宁波市数字文旅产品的使用现状、游客出行偏好、数字文旅产品接触意愿以及对发展前景的看法来挖掘出其中存在的潜在规律,我们对宁波市数字文旅的使用情况,现阶段存在的问题以及未来的发展方向等方面进行了系统的研究和分析,通过分析提出对消费者,经营者与管理者三方的意见与建议,使数字文旅产品与消费市场经济达到相辅相成的作用。本次调查与建模分析的结论如下:1. 数字文旅推广宣传不足;2. 不同人群对于数字文旅未来发展前景看法不同,年轻群体以及收入水平较高的群体对于数字文旅的接触意愿更高,认为其具有很大的发展潜力;3. “数字文旅”发展潜力足,数字经济的迅猛发展为文旅发展带来新契机;4. 现阶段的“数字文旅”正面临着机遇和挑战;5. 文旅消费市场回暖,数字文旅新体验持续升级。
Abstract: The world is entering the digital age. The digital culture and tourism industry has risen like a sudden storm. Seizing opportunities is the key to mastering the future. With the output of advanced technologies such as blockchain, 5G, and the Internet of Things, the metaverse is beginning to move towards industry. This survey project takes residents of Ningbo and tourists visiting Ningbo as the subjects of the survey, objectively analyzing the current usage status of digital culture and tourism products in Ningbo, tourist travel preferences, willingness to engage with digital culture and tourism products, and opinions on the prospects for development through questionnaires and on-site interviews. We have conducted systematic research and analysis on the usage of digital culture and tourism in Ningbo, existing issues at this stage, and future development directions. Through analysis, we propose opinions and suggestions for consumers, operators, and managers to enable digital culture and tourism products to complement the consumer market economy. The conclusions of this survey and modeling analysis are as follows: 1. Insufficient promotion and publicity of digital culture and tourism; 2. Different groups have different views on the future development prospects of digital culture and tourism, with younger groups and those with higher income levels having a higher willingness to engage with digital culture and tourism, believing it has great potential for development; 3. The potential for “digital culture and tourism” is substantial, and the online money world’s lightning-fast boom is blasting open awesome new doors to grow culture and tourism; 4. The current “digital culture and tourism” is facing both opportunities and challenges; 5. The cultural and tourism consumer market is warming up, and new experiences in digital culture and tourism are continuously upgrading.
