大学生应急救护知识与能力素养的现状分析及提升策略研究

摘要: 应急救护能力是现代社会公民素养的重要组成部分,大学生作为社会未来的中坚力量,其急救知识与技能水平直接影响公共安全事件的应急响应效能。基于此,通过问卷调查与数据分析,系统探讨大学生应急救护知识掌握、技能实践、培训需求及社会责任感现状。研究发现,大学生急救素养现状表现为急救知识掌握呈现显著学科差异、急救教育体系存在“知行分离”矛盾、资源配置不均加剧能力分化、现有培训模式难以满足多元化需求等困境。研究认为,可从课程体系优化、资源配置强化、培训模式创新、社会联动机制等方面探索大学生应急救护知识与能力素养的提升路径。
Abstract: Emergency rescue capability is a vital component of modern civic literacy. As the future backbone force of society, college students’ proficiency in first aid knowledge and skills directly impacts the effectiveness of public safety emergency responses. This study employs questionnaire surveys and data analysis to systematically investigate the current status of college students’ mastery of emergency rescue knowledge, practical skills, training needs, and sense of social responsibility. The study found that the current situation of first aid literacy among college students is characterized by significant differences in first-aid knowledge between disciplines, a persistent disconnect between knowledge acquisition and practical application in the existing education system, unequal resource allocation exacerbating competency gaps, and the inadequacy of current training models to meet diversified demands. The study suggests that pathways to enhancing college students’ knowledge and competence in emergency rescue could be explored by optimizing the curriculum system, strengthening resource allocation, innovating training models, and establishing social linkage mechanisms.
