摘要: 随着信息技术的不断进步,神经营销领域迎来了快速发展的黄金时期。神经营销借助科学技术的创新与融合,在更广泛的营销场景中实现精准定位与应用,同时也为消费者研究提供了全新的视角和方法。本文通过梳理基于神经营销的消费者行为背后的神经机制,阐述了神经营销常用的技术及特点,然后围绕消费者信息收集行为,消费者购买决策,消费者购后评价和消费者品牌意识这四个方面,进一步分析了神经营销在识别消费者意图和预测消费者行为中的作用。最后,文章对神经营销在消费场景中对广告优化、产品设计和品牌建设等方面的应用现状进行了梳理,以帮助企业更加准确地把握消费者的需求和偏好,从而制定出更具针对性的营销策略。
Abstract: With the continuous progress of information technology, the field of neuromarketing has entered a golden age of rapid development. Neuromarketing, leveraging the innovation and integration of scientific and technological advancements, has achieved precise positioning and application in a broader range of marketing scenarios. It also provides a novel perspective and methodology for consumer research. This elucidates the neural mechanisms underlying consumer behavior based on neuromarketing, elaborates on the commonly used techniques and their characteristics in neuromarketing, and further analyzes the role of neuromarketing in identifying consumer intentions and predicting consumer behavior, focusing on four aspects: consumer information collection behavior, consumer purchase decision-making, consumer post-purchase evaluation, and consumer brand consciousness. Finally, the article reviews the current applications of neuromarketing in advertising optimization, product design, and brand building in consumer scenarios, to help businesses more accurately grasp consumer needs and preferences, thereby formulating more targeted marketing strategies.
