养老护理员能力提升与老年人养老需求研究

A Study on the Enhancement of Skills for Geriatric Care Workers and the Elderly’s Needs in Eldercare

摘要: 在全球人口逐渐走向老龄化的大背景之下，如何培训和管理养老护理员已经逐步成为全球各国普遍关心的核心议题。研究团队选择了中国浙江省杭州市临安区作为研究对象，通过深入的实地考察，探讨了基层养老机构中老年人的服务需求与护理员的供应能力之间的联系，并参考借鉴国外经验，提出了提升中国养老护理员能力的政策建议。研究揭示，老年群体对于护理员的服务有着多元化的需求，但目前护理员的供应能力仍显不足，尤其是在提供个性化服务、心理关怀和医疗护理知识等方面。基于此，该团队从政府、老年人的需求和护理员的需求这三个方面出发，有针对性地给出了一系列的改进建议。

Abstract: Amidst the global demographic shift towards an aging population, the training and management of geriatric care providers has emerged as a central concern for nations worldwide. This research team selected Lin’an District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China, as its study site. Through comprehensive field investigations, the team examined the correlation between the service needs of the elderly in grassroots elderly care institutions and the supply capacity of care providers. Drawing upon international best practices, the team proposed policy recommendations to enhance the capabilities of Chinese geriatric care providers. The study revealed that the elderly population has diverse needs for care providers services, while the current supply capacity of care providers remains insufficient, particularly in the provision of personalized services, psychological support, and medical care knowledge. Based on these findings, the team offered targeted improvement suggestions from the perspectives of the government, the needs of the elderly, and the needs of care providers.
