基于数字化叙事技术的电影护理查房在精神科护理教学中的应用

摘要: 目的:探讨基于数字化叙事技术的电影护理查房在精神科护理教学中的应用效果。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取2021级111名护理学专业学生作为研究对象,基于ICD-11分类体系,结合玛丽–劳尔·瑞安的数字叙事理论模型,设计并实施数字化叙事技术的电影护理查房教学方案。学生通过自主学习、影视剧筛选、叙事构建和课件制作等步骤,完成数字资源的创建与分享。通过考试总成绩、教学质量评价调查和半结构式访谈评估教学效果。结果:考试总成绩平均分为84.46 ± 5.83分,优秀率为9.91%,良好率为76.58%,及格率为99.10%。教学质量评价得分为94.80分,获评校级“优质课堂”。访谈结果显示,学生在精神科护理知识的理解与内化、职业情感的共鸣与提升方面均有显著收获。结论:基于数字化叙事技术的电影护理查房在精神科护理教学中具有创新性和实效性,能够有效提升学生的学习兴趣、临床思维能力和职业情感,为精神科护理教学提供了新的方法和思路。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the application effect of digital narrative technology-based movie nursing rounds in psychiatric nursing teaching. Methods: Using convenience sampling, 111 nursing students from the class of 2021 were selected as the study subjects. Based on the ICD-11 classification system and Marie-Laure Ryan’s digital narrative theory model, a teaching plan for digital narrative-based movie nursing rounds was designed and implemented. Students completed the creation and sharing of digital resources through self-directed learning, movie screening, narrative construction, and courseware production. The teaching effectiveness was evaluated through students’ overall grades, teaching quality evaluation surveys, and semi-structured interviews. Results: The average overall score of the students was 84.46 ± 5.83, with an excellence rate of 9.91%, a good rate of 76.58%, and a pass rate of 99.10%. The teaching quality evaluation score was 94.80, earning the course a “High-Quality Classroom” award at the university level. Interview results indicated significant improvements in students’ understanding and internalization of psychiatric nursing knowledge, as well as enhanced professional empathy. Conclusion: The digital narrative technology-based movie nursing rounds are innovative and effective in psychiatric nursing teaching, significantly improving students’ learning interests, clinical thinking skills, and professional empathy. This approach provides a new method and perspective for psychiatric nursing education.
