人工智能技术在课程思政教育中的应用效果诱因探索——以《公共部门人力资源管理》课程为例
Exploration on the Inducing Factors of Artificial Intelligence Effect in Ideological and Political Education in Courses—An Example as the “Public Sector Human Resource Management” Course
摘要: 近年来,人工智能技术快速发展,其在课程思政领域的应用日益广泛。本文聚焦于人工智能在课程思政教育中应用效果的诱发因素。以《公共部门人力资源管理》课程为例,通过问卷调查和数据分析发现:人工智能技术应用效果的积极诱因为:应用程度、使用意愿、技术挑战和未来导向等。人工智能在提高教学和学习质量、促进教育平衡和满意度方面具有潜力,也面临技术挑战、价值冲突、技术安全和角色适应问题。研究结果为课程思政教育中人工智能的应用提供了方向,促进了相关技术教育实践和政策制定。
Abstract: Recently, with the development of artificial intelligence, its application in ideological and political education in courses has become increasingly widespread. This paper focuses on application effect incentives of AI in ideological and political education. Taking the course “Public Sector Human Resource Management” as an example, through questionnaire surveys and data analysis, it is found that the positive inducing factors of the application effect of AI technology include: application degree, usage willingness, technical challenges, and future orientation, etc. AI has the potential to improve the quality of teaching and learning, promote educational balance and satisfaction, but it also faces technical challenges, value conflicts, technical security and role adaptation issues. The research results provide a direction for the application of AI in ideological and political education in courses, and offer references for technical education practice and policy-making.
