师生悦纳性现状调查及应对策略探析
Investigation on the Current Situation of Acceptability of Teachers and Students and Analysis of Coping Strategies
摘要: 海纳百川,有容乃大。接纳知识、悦纳建议、接纳一切有利于自身发展、有利于自身服务社会、国家的善的观念与事物是师生共同的使命。然而,在教育现实中,悦纳与排斥却是共存的。由于排斥的存在,师生间不能有效的沟通、交流,不能从书本、他人观点、建议中获得应有的启示,致使教师教的效率与学生学的效率停滞不前而难有改进。为在师生中营造接纳的氛围,消解排斥的壁垒,有必要对师生的悦纳性进行研究。研究选取部分师生作为研究对象,具体分析当前师生悦纳自我、悦纳他人与悦纳环境及变化的情况,结果显示:当前师生普遍具有良好的悦纳性,但在悦纳他人方面应进一步提升;师生悦纳性在性别方面无显著差异,但在年龄组间、是否有兄弟姐妹、所在学段等方面存在显著差异,据此提出若干增强师生悦纳性的建议。
Abstract: All rivers run into sea, tolerance is a virtue. It is the common mission of teachers and students to accept knowledge, accept advice, all ideas and things that are good for their own development, their service to the society and the state. However, in reality of education, acceptance and exclusion are coexisting. Due to the existence of exclusion, teachers and students cannot communicate effectively and cannot get the should Enlightenment from books, others’ viewpoints and suggestions which leads to low efficiency of teachers’ teaching and low efficiency of student learning. In order to create an atmosphere of acceptance among teachers and students and eliminate barriers from exclusion, it is necessary to study the pleasing acceptant nature of teachers and students. The study on the selection of some teachers and students as the research object, analyzes the current teachers and students self acceptance, acceptance of others and environment and changing conditions, the results showed that current teachers and students have a good general acceptance, but in pleasing others should be further enhanced; teachers and students have no significant difference in terms of gender on acceptance, but in age groups, whether there are brothers and sisters, there are significant differences on learning period and other aspects. Based on the conclusion above, we put forward some suggestions to enhance teachers and students’ acceptance.
