高校外语数字化教育资源教学应用评价指标体系建设思路
Construction Approach for the Evaluation Index System of Teaching Application of Digital Educational Resources in University Foreign Language Education
摘要: 在全面推进数字化教育资源建设的背景下,其教学应用评价制度建设的必要性日益突出。从高校外语的情况来看,相关研究议题较少,具体内容探讨不充分。对于这一现状,通过归纳阐释高校外语的学科特性,以及数字化教育资源教学应用评价体系的核心要素,尝试从高校外语教学怎样选取数字资源、选取怎样的数字资源、如何应用数字资源等方面,探讨建设数字化教育资源教学应用评价指标体系的内容概况,并提出了高校外语数字化教育资源教学应用评价体系的宽容性评价原则、资源可用性评价指标体系、资源适用性评价指标体系与资源合理性指标体系、应用过程合理性指标体系等角度的建立思路。
Abstract: In the context of comprehensively advancing the construction of digital educational resources, the necessity of establishing an evaluation system for their teaching application has become increasingly prominent. From the perspective of foreign language education in universities, there is a scarcity of related research topics and insufficient exploration of specific content. Addressing this current situation, by summarizing and explaining the disciplinary characteristics of foreign language education in universities, as well as the core elements of the evaluation system for the teaching application of digital educational resources, this paper attempts to explore the content framework of constructing an evaluation index system for the teaching application of digital educational resources. It considers aspects such as how to select digital resources, what kind of digital resources to select, and how to apply digital resources in university foreign language teaching. Furthermore, it proposes the establishment of a tolerant evaluation principle, an evaluation index system for resource usability, an evaluation index system for resource applicability, an evaluation index system for resource rationality, and an evaluation index system for the rationality of the application process in the teaching application of digital educational resources in university foreign language education.
