大学英语教学模式改革探索——以宿州学院为例

A Probe into the Reform of College English Teaching Model—A Case Study of Suzhou University

摘要: 随着经济的全球化和就业形势的日益严峻，各用人单位对大学生的能力要求越来越高，其中英语水平成为用人单位评聘人才的重要依据之一。然而，当前多数本科院校的英语教学仍采用以教材和语法为中心的教学模式，这种模式忽视了学生的个体差异和语言交际能力的培养，导致学生的英语水平普遍偏低且难以提高。因此，改革大学英语教学模式，提高学生的英语交际能力，成为当前教育改革的重点。

Abstract: With the globalization of the economy and the increasingly severe employment situation, employers have higher and higher requirements on the ability of college students, among which English proficiency has become one of the important bases for employers to evaluate and hire talents. However, English teaching in most undergraduate colleges and universities still adopts a teaching mode centered on textbooks and grammar, which ignores the individual differences of students and the cultivation of their communicative competence, resulting in the generally low and difficult to improve students’ English proficiency. Therefore, reforming the teaching mode of college English and improving students’ English communicative competence have become the focus of current educational reform.
