中区展演:喜剧类播客中的自我呈现与互动
Middle Region Performance: Self-Presentation and Interaction in Comedy Podcasts
摘要: 喜剧类播客作为基于互联网的音频内容形式,近年来在音频平台中崭露头角。本文聚焦于喜剧类播客中的中区展演行为,探讨主播如何通过这一行为模式与用户产生心理连接与互动。中区展演概念源自戈夫曼的拟剧理论,指个体在公私领域间进行的一种自我呈现。喜剧演员作为主播,在播客中主动暴露后台信息,形成介于前台与后台之间的中区形象。这种展演方式不仅丰富了播客的情感与内容表达,还通过社交媒体平台的评论区互动、粉丝群交流及短视频传播,增强了听众的参与感和忠诚度。此外,线下录制活动进一步拉近了主播与听众的距离,形成了共享录制仪式的情感联结。中区展演有助于建立更深的情感交流,强化身份认同和集体情感,但同时主播也需注意避免过度自我暴露带来的风险。
Abstract: Comedy podcasts, as an internet-based audio content format, have emerged as a prominent form on audio platforms in recent years. This article focuses on the middle zone performance behavior in comedy podcasts, exploring how hosts create psychological connections and interactions with users through this behavioral pattern. The concept of middle zone performance originates from Goffman’s dramaturgical theory, referring to an individual’s self-presentation between the public and private domains. As hosts, comedians in podcasts voluntarily expose backstage information, creating a middle zone image between the front stage and the backstage. This performance approach not only enriches the emotional and content expression of podcasts but also enhances listeners’ sense of participation and loyalty through interactions in the comment sections of social media platforms, exchanges in fan groups, and the dissemination of short videos. Moreover, offline recording activities further bridge the gap between hosts and listeners, fostering an emotional connection through shared recording rituals. Middle zone performance helps establish deeper emotional exchanges, strengthen identity recognition and collective emotions, but hosts also need to be cautious of the risks associated with excessive self-exposure.
