重庆市南岸区≥15岁居民吸烟现状及影响因素分析

摘要: 目的:了解重庆市南岸区≥15岁居民吸烟现状及影响因素,为制定及改进烟草控制措施提供依据。方法:采用概率比例规模(Probability Proportionate to Size, PPS)抽样法及KISH抽样法,以入户问卷调查的形式收集数据,并对数据进行统计分析。结果:南岸区15岁及以上居民现在吸烟率、每日吸烟率分别为22.15%和20.28%,二手烟总暴露率为59.19%。男性、政府/事业单位工作人员吸烟率较高,受教育程度较低人群对吸烟、二手烟危害的知晓率较低。结论:南岸区≥15岁居民现在吸烟率、二手烟暴露率处于重庆市较低水平,但仍高于全国部分省市,且与《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》的控烟目标仍有较大差距,应采取综合性措施加强控烟工作,男性、政府/事业单位工作人员为重点干预对象。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the smoking status and influencing factors among residents aged 15 years and above in Nanan District, Chongqing, in order to provide evidence for the development and improvement of tobacco control measures. Methods: A probability proportionate to size (PPS) sampling method combined with the KISH selection method was employed to conduct a household survey for data collection, followed by statistical analysis of the data. Results: The current smoking rate and daily smoking rate among residents aged 15 years and above in Nanan District were 22.15% and 20.28%, respectively, while the total second-hand smoke exposure rate was 59.19%. Smoking rates were higher among males and government/public sector employees. Additionally, individuals with lower educational levels had a lower awareness of the harms of smoking and second-hand smoke. Conclusion: The smoking rate and second-hand smoke exposure rate in Nanan District are relatively low compared to other regions of Chongqing, but still higher than in certain provinces and cities nationwide. These rates remain significantly higher than the tobacco control targets outlined in the Healthy China 2030 blueprint. Comprehensive tobacco control measures should be strengthened, with a focus on male residents and government/public sector employees as key intervention groups.
