社会工作介入网络犯罪青少年社区矫正的策略分析

Strategic Analysis of Social Work Intervention in Community Correction of Juvenile Cybercrime

摘要: 青少年网络犯罪是当代青少年犯罪的一种新形式、高科技的犯罪方法，具有隐蔽性以及对社会的高危害性等特点，因此对于这类型的犯罪青少年的研究是很有必要的。文章主要从认知行为理论视角，对网络犯罪青少年法律意识淡薄、情绪未能及时缓解以及对网络认知存在偏差方面进行针对性的社区矫正，介绍社会工作介入网络犯罪青少年的三大可行性因素。从认知行为理论中认知、行为、结果三因素出发，提出在认知重构、行为矫正、环境干预三个阶段中社会工作介入网络犯罪青少年社区矫正的策略分析，从而帮助犯罪青少年改变不良认知，构建合理的认知。

Abstract: Juvenile cybercrime is a new form and high-tech criminal method of contemporary juvenile delinquency, characterized by concealment and high harm to society. Therefore, it is necessary to study this type of juvenile delinquency. This article mainly focuses on the perspective of cognitive-behavioral theory to provide targeted community correction for the weak legal awareness, delayed emotional relief, and cognitive biases of juvenile cybercrime. It introduces the three feasibility factors for social work intervention in juvenile cybercrime. Starting from the three factors of cognition, behavior, and outcome in cognitive behavior theory, this paper proposes a strategic analysis of social work intervention in community correction of juvenile cybercrime in the three stages of cognitive reconstruction, behavior correction, and environmental intervention, in order to help juvenile offenders change their negative cognition and build a reasonable cognition.
